Terms of Service & SLA

1. Agreement

These Terms govern use of the AI-Sentry platform by security agencies ("Customers") and their clients. Creating a tenant means you accept them on behalf of your organisation.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

• •Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance; annual includes a 15% discount.
• •Camera/guard counts are soft limits; sustained overage is billed on the next invoice.
• •Payments: SEPA, Stripe (Visa/Mastercard) and crypto (BTC, ETH, SOL, XMR, USDT). Stablecoin invoices are fixed; volatile assets settle at the daily reference rate with on-chain receipts.

3. Trial & Cancellation

• •Free trial per agency (duration shown at signup); no payment method required.
• •Monthly plans cancel at period end; annual plans are refunded pro-rata.
• •After termination, evidence remains exportable for 30 days, then is permanently deleted.

4. Service Level Agreement

Standard: 99.5% uptime, alarm delivery ≤ 2 s, operator acknowledgement ≤ 60 s, critical support response ≤ 8 h. Enterprise: 99.9%, ≤ 1 s, ≤ 20 s, ≤ 1 h respectively. Credits: 10% of monthly fees per missed target, capped at 30%. Scheduled maintenance announced ≥ 48 h ahead is excluded.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You warrant lawful camera deployment (signage, consent, labour rules) and compliance with monitoring laws in your jurisdiction. You act as Data Controller for personnel and site data. Prohibited: unlawful surveillance, tracking individuals off duty, or circumventing platform isolation and limits.

6. Crypto Payment Terms

Crypto payments are final upon network confirmation; underpayments delay activation until resolved. Refunds are issued in the original asset at settlement-time reference value unless legally impossible. Guard payouts require a verified wallet address — broadcast transactions are irreversible.

7. Liability & Changes

Aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding 12 months; no indirect damages. Terms may change with 30 days’ notice; continued use constitutes acceptance. Governing law follows the entity on your order form.
